If your product is not what you expected, call us within 15 days of the shipping date. Customer satisfaction is our goal. You can reach someone by phone Mon – Fri 9-5 EST. Please call us at 1-866-230-1579 for a Return Authorization number so that we will be expecting the return.
You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred on returns and on exchanges. Please note: All packages are to be fully insured.
Saraswati Imports guarantees our merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. We will be happy to repair, replace, or issue credit for any piece shown to be defective during that period. This policy does not cover damage due to normal wear-and-tear or abuse as determined by Saraswati.
